It will help you price your home competitively and give you an idea of the range of prices being paid for on properties similar to yours within the area.

Preparation

Selling your property will take preparation within your family, tenants, and people that are involved. It will also include the physical arrangement or state of your home. I will be here to give you advice and will personally stage the house to make sure that it is ready for a picture perfect home that will be enticing to all buyers.

Marketing

Your home will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information and it will also come out at realtor.ca for all the buyers to see. I am also very active in social media with my own business page and everyone may access my website 24/7.

Others

Open houses, private showings, negotiations, closing & others. I will be with you every step of the way. My aim is to sell your property at the highest possible price in the shortest period of time.
